Lucas Michael Payne is a founder, operator, investor and civic leader who has built companies across energy efficiency, global sourcing, construction supply and live entertainment. He founded Advanced Custom Energy Solutions (ACES) in 2011 and sold the business in 2015 to Trans-Lux, a publicly traded company. He later helped drive rapid growth at Verde Solutions before co-founding Force Energy Group and Force Global Supply.
When the pandemic disrupted traditional markets, Lucas used Force's international sourcing network to pivot into critical medical supply. The team supplied more than $30 million in personal protective equipment and medical products, supported government and institutional buyers, and donated masks to underserved communities. That crisis-tested supply chain became the foundation for today's Force Global Supply, a factory-direct platform serving construction and commercial real estate.
As co-founder of J&L Events, Lucas is building a concert and festival company that combines culture, community and technology. J&L's portfolio includes Tacos and Beats, Vibes in Play and Family Reunion Fest, with a growing focus on AI-enabled audience intelligence, fan engagement and live-event operations.
Lucas serves on the board of the Frisco Diversity Leadership Council, is a proud member and chapter chaplain of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., and participates in local and national civic and political conversations.
He and his family also created Kenzo's Well, a clean-water initiative that commissioned a well in Ghana's Central Region. Across every platform, Lucas is committed to helping founders price correctly, build durable companies and create economic opportunity.
